What shuld one do when he/she fall down ? Stand up !

it's hard to do whats right, at the same time i can be easy

King David who fell but Admited,Repented his mistakes.

It is easy to admit doing ______ to God
BUT it is hard to admit it to human

it is easy to say "i repent for doing ________"
BUT it is not easy to truly repent(in heart)

How can one repent when he/she know that he/she is going to commit the same mistake in the future ?
*E.g lying, murdering in thought*

Just because i'm small size,kidish look and do things the way i like doesn't mean that i'm immature.
